My name is Michael Lionel also known as Xkaliba. I was born on St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands on April 7, 1975. I am the son of an Antiguan/Christian mother and a St. Lucian/Rastafarian father.

Zukie Joseph

Junior Allen, aka Zukie Joseph, was born in Montego Bay, Jamaica. At an early age he was given the nickname Zukie by a community elder and mentor. Zukie was born on the 24th of February, which makes him Joseph of the twelve tribes of Israel. He is especially proud to be Joseph because two of his favorite and most influential singers, Dennis Brown and Bob Marley are also Josephs.

Kush and Bloodfiyah Angels provide elemental roots-reggae music that pays homage to a multitude of reggae's historical greats from Burning Spear, Steel Pulse, Aswad, and more, yet sets forth an international, multi-lingual originality that has not been seen in reggae music for decades.

Jahranimo

Born in St. James, Jamaica, Anthony Smith (aka Jahranimo) first picked up a microphone at the tender age of 13. Growing up with his beloved grandmother in the country side, he was frequently the cause of much stress as he would stay out late experimenting on the microphone with friends. Eventually his grandmother gave in to her worries and sent him back to the city where he met Tony Crab, his best friend and mentor.
