Hey guys i'm looking for a song and need your help.

I don't have too much information on it but i'm sure it's popular enough that someone here should know..

I heard it during the summer of 2008 (May)in Belize at a bar everyday.. I also heard it Peru on hostels computer so i have hope that it's well known.
It was played back to back with Tarrus Riley - She's Royal nearly everyday and has the same kind of vibe

The only lyrics i have are "it's totally rasta"
I have found other songs with the same amount of lyrics through google but this turns up nothing..

buck all, buck all ...... it's totally rasta....??? something like that
